Tasting Notes

Produced in Lazio, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 33.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nero d'Avola and a small part of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the south-east of Sicily from Contessa Entellina estate. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 8 months in steel and 5 months in bottle. A wine true to Lazio's ancient winemaking traditions.
