Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 28% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Calcareous and clayey soil between 250 and 400 metres above sea level from Montecalvo Versiggia, Santa Maria della Versa and Rocca De’ Giorgi. Vinification: soft pressing, first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
