Bardolino Chiaretto 'Rosa dei Casaretti' Casaretti

This exceptional Bardolino DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 1990 vines at 160 mt of altitude on hilly land of morainic origin with clayey conformations. Vinification: 24-36 hours of maceration of the must and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
