A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Bardolino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Rondinella 35%, Molinara 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines of 30 years on the morainic hills of Lake Garda to 200 meters above sea level with exposure to the south and south-west. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel and 3 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
