Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Moscato Giallo 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Colli di Luvigliano at 50-250 metres above sea level on clayey and calcareous soils with south-east exposure. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation in steel vats without controlled temperature with 3 days of maceration and second fermentation in bottle according to ancestral method. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
