This Bardolino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina 65%, Rondinella 25%, Merlot 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the pergola veronese system. 2700-3000 plants/hectare. Vinification: the grapes, pressed and de-stemmed, are fermented for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is separated from the skins with soft pressing.
