Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Marzemino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the piana di Farneto, at 250 m above sea level, in a sandy clayey soil. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: de-stemming, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel vats with maceration on the skins for 8 days and malolactic fermentation. Without filtrations and with lower added sulphites. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in tonneaux. A wine embodying Emilia Romagna's easy-drinking, food-loving character.
