This distinctive wine from Emilia Romagna embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Lambrusco di Sorbara 50%, Trebbiano 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the "Cristo" hamlet in the municipality of Sorbara, from a 2-hectare parcel raised in a tent, on loose, fresh and rich in organic substances. Vinification: soft pressing without maceration, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and re-fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti method. The wine is aged 14 months in old barrique. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
The region's wines are known for their easy-drinking, versatile character, built to pair with rich local cuisine.
