The fruit is sourced from vineyards plot of 0.5 hectares with 18-year-old vineyards located 900 meters on terraces. Vinification: destemming and cold maceration for 12 hours, alcoholic fermentation in oak of 20 hl, malolactic fermentation carried out. The wine is aged 10 months in 20 hl oak barrels on the fine lees. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
