The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards between 70 and 100 years old facing southeast at 600 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged a few months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle.
