Tasting Notes

Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey calcareous soils from Parafada cru from Serralunga d’Alba, between 260 and 370 m above sea level faced to South. Vinification: first fermentation in steel for 4 months and second fermentation in autoclave according to Charmat/Martinotti method. The wine is aged some months in autoclave. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
