The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines at 250/350 mt above sea level faced to south-east, rooted in a marny clayey soil. Organic farming. Vinification: prissing and de-stemming, maceration on the skins for 6 days, static decantation, spontaneous fermentation in steel vats, on yeasts for 5 months, bottling with the addition of unfermented must and natural fermentation in bottle for 3 months. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
