Produced in Lazio, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White Grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 50 hectares in a small valley, with stony and mineral soil. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 9 months in oak barrels, only the 10% in barrique. A wine true to Lazio's ancient winemaking traditions.
