Hailing from Liguria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Vermentino 50%, Trebbiano 30%, Malvasia Bianca di Candia non aromatica 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60 years old vines organically cultivated according to the guyot and pergola method. Vinification: destemming and pressing, maceration on the skins for 10-15 days and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks and at least 3 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the dramatic terraced vineyards along the Ligurian coast.
