The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Massaretti, on clay soils and consist of red rocks, vines of almost 60 years old. Vinification: criomacerazione per 24 ore seguita da una pressatura soffice. Fermentazione in acciaio. The wine is aged 4 months in steel. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
