The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines of 7-15 years located at 250 meters above sea level with eastern exposure on soils rich in clays and white limestone. Vinification: maceration for 1-3 days and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months in steel tanks.
