The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Lipari, on vineyards set at 350 meters of altitude on sandy and volcanic soil, rich in microelements. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method. The wine is aged 4 months on yeasts in barrels of 30 hl.
