Produced in Lombardy, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling, Moscato (Piwi), this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: vinification in amphora, maceration until after malolactic fermentation for 3-9 months, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration. The wine is aged a few months in bottle. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
