Crafted from Biancolella 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Frassitelli Estate on volcanic soils, rich in potassium, organized on terraces (parracine) at 400-550 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
