This Ischia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Biancolella 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards volcanic soils at 450 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in cement. The wine is aged few months in cement. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
