Cabernet 'Istrice' Elena Walch

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel and subsequent malolactic fermentation in wood. The wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels and subsequent aging in the bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
