This Colli Piacentini DOC captures the distinctive personality of Emilia Romagna terroir. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Malvasia di Candia 60%, Trebbiano e Ortrugo 35%, Sauvignon and Marsanne 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on Castel'Arquato, to 260 m. above sea level, on clayey and sandy. Vinification: maceration for 7-11 days with frequent mixing, fermentation in the bottle on its lees. The wine is aged 12 months in bottle.
