Produced in Liguria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in terraced clayey soil. Vinification: destemming, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins for 3-4 days and soft pressing. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 3 years in oak casks and then aging in bottle. A wine reflecting the dramatic terraced vineyards along the Ligurian coast.
