Crafted from Glera 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines cultivate according to the guyot system, rooted in a calcareous clayey soil at 540 metres above sea level. Vinification: produced according to the Charmat or Martinotti method, with second fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks.
