Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Merlot 42%, Cabernet Franc 35%, Syrah 8%, Petit Verdot 6%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, Tempranillo 4%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 3 differents areas: Manincor, Seehof, Panholzerhof, south-west exposure at 250-280 metres of altitude on sandy and clay soil. Vinification: every grape is worked separately. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats and contact with the skins for 10-20 days. The wine is aged 16 months in barrique. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
