Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 260 meters above sea level on calcareous soils. Vinification: destemming and shortly maceration. Soft pressing, sedimentation and cold decantation. Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged on the lees for 3 months in steel vats and 2 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
