Crafted from Nero d’Avola 60%, Frappato 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35-year-old vines on limestone soils, 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: 8 days on skins, then malolactic in steel. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
