Chardonnay Feudi di Romans

This Friuli Isonzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on gravelly and sandy soils near the Isonzo river. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 12 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
