Malvasia Feudi di Romans

This exceptional Friuli Isonzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on gravelly, sandy and pebble soils near the Isonzo river. Vinification: soft pressing, cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 9 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
