This Friuli Isonzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 60 metres above sea level on pebbly and clayey uplands. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in oak french barrels with controlled temperature at 22-24°. The wine is aged 11 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters then 12 months in bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
