Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 200 - 600 meters on sea level on clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 5 months in steel vats, 3 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
