This exceptional Piemonte DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from one hectare of vineyard located at 200 meters above sea level on hilly and clayey soils facing south and south-west. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks and some months in small wood barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
