Riesling 'Tildega' Ilaria Salvetti

This exceptional Piemonte DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Riesling 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the alluvial plain 290 m and the moraine hill of Caluso 350 m a.s.l. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in used oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
