Chardonnay Pojer e Sandri

Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards different parcels at 300-750 metres above sea level on volcanic soils rich of marls and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats without oxygen presence controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
