Muller Thurgau 'Palai' Pojer e Sandri

Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Palai village, at 550-750 metres above sea level on volcanic soils rich of marls and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature without oxygen presence. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
