A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Piemonte DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clayey-calcareous marl, structure with presence of gypsum and ferrous conglomerates. Vinification: hand harvesting, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in barrique, with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 20 months in barrique on the lees with frequent batonnages. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
