A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Bardolino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 50%, Rondinella 35%, Molinara 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hilly area of Lake Garda on moraine soils with 30-year-old vines located at 200 meters above sea level and facing south and south-west. Vinification: cryo-maceration on the skins for 12-24 hours, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
