This exceptional Cirò DOC showcases the authentic character of Calabria. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Greco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey-calcareous soils. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the bold, warm-climate intensity typical of Calabrian reds.
