Amaro Eroico Essenza Mediterranea

Produced in Calabria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 28% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot and Pergola Trentina system at 580 m above sea level, faced to South and South-West, in Giovo and Meano. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the bold, warm-climate intensity typical of Calabrian reds.
