Crafted from Trebbiano 45%, Malvasia del Lazio 35% and Verdicchio 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on magmatic soil. Vinification: fermentation of 15 days on the skins with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine true to Lazio's ancient winemaking traditions.
