A fine example of Campania winemaking, this Irpinia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Aglianico 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines in Castelfranci (AV) on clay and limestone soil at 550 mt asl. Vinification: fermentation in steel and maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged some months in cement tanks and amphorae. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
