This Costa d'Amalfi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Falanghina 60%, Biancolella 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on coastal terraces facing south at 300-400 meters above sea level on sandy and calcareous soils. Vinification: maceration in steel for 20 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
