This Costa d'Amalfi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Piedirosso 50%, Aglianico 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards coastal terracing in Cetara and Raito set 100-250 meters above sea level, with southern exposure, on dolomitic-limestones rock. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some month in steel tanks. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
