'Critone' Librandi

Hailing from Calabria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 90%, Sauvignon 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards in Rosaneti and Critone estates on clay and limestone soil with spurred cordon system. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel and short aging in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched character of Italy's southernmost mainland region.
