Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 70 years old vines. Biotic agricolture. Vinification: spontaneaous fermentation with maceration on the skins in ATLAC resin vats.
