The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Rovereto, 350 meters above sea level on soils of silty, clayey and limestone base. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long maceration of the skins in stainless steel, new wood and cement. The wine is aged 24 months in oak woods of different capacities.
