The fruit is sourced from vineyards near Rovereto, in Mori and Ziresi on silt, clay and limestone based soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with maceration for 2 days for red grapes, then addition of exhausted marc of Nosiola and Pinot Blanc and second maceration for 30 days. The wine is aged 12 months in stainless steel. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
