A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Etna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Carricante 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the north side of Mount Etna at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. Vinification: in steel tanks on indigenous yeasts, after a slow pressing. The wine is aged 12 months in cement tanks and oak barrels, and then at least 12 months in the bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
