This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Carricante 90%, Catarratto 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from very old vines from contrade Santo Spirito cultivated on sandy volcanic soils at 700 metres of altitude. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged in steel containers for 10 months and other 8 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
