Crafted from Carricante 90%, Catarratto 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in a volcanic sandy soil in the North slope of Etna between 750 and 850 m above sea level.
